- Term Loan for the purpose of business the maximum sanction limit is Rs.1000000/- (Ten lakh) only with mortgaging land & landed properties subject to security available and income generating capacity of the business.
- House building the maximum sanction limit is Rs.3000000/- (Thirty lakh) only. Rate of Interest 10.5% p.a.
- Cash credit/overdraft Loan will sanctioned with mortgaging land and landed properties and also hypothecation of stock. The maximum loan amount will be sanction of Rs.1000000/-. It will be renewed in every year. Rate of Interest 12% p.a.
- Vehicle Loan for Two wheeler and Toto purchase is maximum Rs.150000/- (one lakh fifty thousand) only and for four wheeler is maximum is Rs.1000000/- (Ten lakh) only. Rate of Interest 10% (1 year repayable), 11% (2 year repayable), 12% (3 year repayable).
- Gold Loan maximum limit Rs. 1000000/- (Rupees Ten lakh) only. Rate of interest 7.5 % to 8.5% p.a.. The sanction amount upto Rs.200000/- (Two Lakh) is bullet payment system.
- Loan sanction with Lien of NSC/KVP of Post Office upto 80% of immediate value. Rate of Interest 10% p.a.
- Loan sanctioned with banks own Term deposit upto 90% of immediately value. Rate of Interest above 2% of given rate by bank.
